The foreign citizens who came to study in Kazakhstan from other countries find themselves in a very difficult situation. Student life becomes a serious life challenging for them. From the first days of their stay at the university, foreign students are in an unaccustomed socio-cultural, linguistic, and national environment. They are forced not only to master a new type of activity – study in a higher educational institution, but also to adapt to a completely unfamiliar socio-cultural space in the shortest possible time. Successful adaptation contributes to the rapid inclusion of students in the educational process, improves the quality and level of training of foreign students, and provides a high motivation to master the knowledge and skills.

Each student upon admission issued a reference guide for credit technology training. Guidebook reveals the basic provisions of the credit technology of education, registration for the study of disciplines, the organization of the control of students’ knowledge, the rules for transferring students from course to course, liquidation of debts, deduction, rehabilitation and transfer from the university to the university, final certification, rights and duties of the student. Moreover, the academy’s website operates around the clock, as well as the personal office of the teacher, the student, where you can receive the necessary information (class schedule, points for disciplines, etc.). The foreign students of KazAST take an active part in the public life of the academy – speak at all events.
